The Dermatology Center of Western Iowa has been serving the Council Bluffs and Omaha metro area for 20 years.

Born in California, attended both pharmacy and medical school at Creighton University.
Internship in internal medicine at the Creighton University Affiliated Hospitals.
Studied dermatology at the University of Iowa.

Board Certified to practice Dermatology, as well as certified by the boards of Pathology and Dermatology for the discipline of Dermatopathology.

Has performed Mohs Surgery for difficult and recurrent skin cancers since 1978, meeting the requirements and becoming a fellow ( the highest rank) of the American College of Mohs Microscopic Surgery and Oncology (the original and premier accrediting organization for the Mohs technique).

Through 20 years of private practice and as an assistant professor at Creighton University, has trained many physicians in the discipline of dermatology.

Has utilized his background in pharmacy and dermatology to found the world’s leading dermatologic supply company. As founder and medical director, has acted as consultant to many of the world's dermatologists. Has published many articles in dermatologic journals, has authored chapters to medical textbooks, and has lectured at national meetings of dermatologists.
